Consent to Fee Sharing or Other Compensation for Referrals

Bestquire engages in the business of providing attorney referrals based on the statistically sound methods developed by Bestquire. Where Bestquire does not yet have its own source data, it may rely on similar data obtained from other reliable sources.

You acknowledge that Bestquire provides these referrals in exchange for compensation from the attorney receiving the case. Depending on the rules of the specific jurisdiction involved, this compensation may come in the form of a flat fee or a fee-sharing agreement by which Bestquire receives some portion of fees assessed to the referred attorney. The client will never be asked to pay anything directly to Bestquire. All legal fees or ancillary costs are negotiated directly between you and the referred attorney.

In order for Bestquire to connect you with the best attorney available, you authorize Bestquire to present your case to other attorneys with the contingency that the case will be referred to them only if they agree to provide such compensation to Bestquire as is allowed by the rules of that specific jurisdiction.
